Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Moon Landing!

The moon landing is one of America's greatest accomplishments and it happened 50 years ago!

In 1969, Neil Armstrong commanded Apollo 11, the first lunar mission with humans aboard. Americans watched Neil safely land the spacecraft and become the first man to set foot onto the surface of the moon!

Neil’s famous first words were, "That’s one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind." Neil stayed for two hours experimenting, gathering rock samples, and taking photographs.
